Lease Terms and Conditions

Please review our rates, practices, and methods of payment.

The initial payment is $250.00 with each subsequent month being $175.00. There’s no limit on how many months you lease the bull.

Payments are only accepted via cash, check, or Zelle.

Payment of at least the first month is due when you take possession of the animal.  Payment in full of the anticipated term is acceptable, but not required.  Any remaining balance is due upon return.

The bull is yours until you return him.  Rents are not prorated, so make sure you return animals on or prior to the last day of your monthly rental period. For example, if you pick the bull up on the 7th of July for a 3-month lease, the bull needs to be returned on or before the 7th of October.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up and return the animal.  If you need delivery, call to discuss your loading facilities and possible options. The current haul rate is $5.00 per loaded mile.
